Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask guests to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or amend a reservation. This allows us to manage our bookings efficiently and offer tables to other guests.

Reservations can be cancelled via the link in your booking confirmation email or by contacting Annie Maison directly. Please include the name and booking details when getting in touch.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, a £5 per person cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be charged to the card used to secure the booking.

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 8 or more guests, a deposit or prepayment may be required to confirm the reservation. Deposit terms, including refund eligibility, will be clearly outlined at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. Deposits may be non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no-show.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or government restrictions, Annie Maison reserves the right to amend or cancel reservations without penalty.
